Hello Sessionboard community -
2FA Enforcement
We are moving toward enforcing 2FA (two-factor authentication) for all users that access Sessionboard via the primary login interface (e.g. anyone you add as users to the admin side of your Organization and Events).
- This will not impact portal users or users filling out your public forms.
- It will not impact any users who currently use SSO to sign in.
You can set up your 2FA preferences today by going to your Account > Settings.

Email Domain Update
Beginning next week, for users who
do not
use custom email domains -- you will see mail start to be sent from mail.sessionboard.com
and eu.mail.sessionboard.com
. This is strictly informational - there is nothing you need to do.-

We've refreshed our List of Sub-processors, effective June 16, 2026.
Added
- Anthropic (USA) — primary LLM / generative AI
- Deepgram (USA) — AI transcription
- DeepL (Germany) — AI translation
- Spreedly (USA) — payment processing
Updated
- Google — clarified to include Google Cloud AI (Speech-to-Text, Translation, NLP) and Gemini
- Sentry — now also our application performance monitoring provider
Removed (no longer used)
- Pusher, PostHog, AppCues, NewRelic
