We've got a lot to share this month. From quicker uploads that make your day-to-day smoother to brand-new features in beta, here's everything the team has been working on.
[Improved] Headshot upload, rebuilt
We rebuilt the headshot upload flow into one smooth step — upload, resize, rotate, and save, with fewer clicks. It respects the Headshot Settings and limits you already have, nothing changed about how or where images are stored, and we cleared out several bugs from the old editor.
Why it matters:
speakers get through uploads faster, and your headshots come in clean.
---
[New] Logo controls for sponsors and exhibitors
The controls you use for speaker headshots now apply to sponsor and exhibitor logos. Set your size and format requirements, and bulk-resize a full batch at once.
Why it matters:
your directory and event site stay consistent without editing logos one by one.
---
[New] Dashboard widgets from custom reports
Point a new widget at any custom report as its data source, or start from a report and choose which dashboard to add it to. You can see how many widgets depend on a report, and override a widget's logic or de-link it when needed.
Why it matters:
the data you already shaped in a report becomes a live dashboard view, with nothing to rebuild.
----
[Improved] Text wrapping in directory views
Click the wrap-text icon and long values wrap inside the cell instead of getting cut off. Your preference is remembered as you move between table views, just for you.
Why it matters:
no resizing columns just to read what's in your directory.
---
[Improved] Reviewer workload constraints
Balance review loads across your filtered reviewers in Evaluation Plans 2.0 and Awards reviews. Select all reviewers or pick them manually, then set reviewers-per-submission and a cap per reviewer. You'll see a preview of the assignments before they go out, plus a heads-up whenever your rules can't all be met.
Why it matters:
you catch coverage gaps before assignments go live, not after.
---
[New] AI Personas in review rounds
With Reviewer Agent enabled, add Personas to any round. They're assigned submissions like any reviewer and appear in your reviews alongside your team. Assigned at the plan level, Personas answer that round's questions rather than the global Reviewer Agent questions — and you can run both together.
Why it matters:
more review coverage and consistent scoring without adding people.---
[New] Select all records across every page
You can now select all records across every page in any Directory or Dashboard view. Choose everything on a page and you'll get a prompt to expand the selection to all records across all pages — which removes the old "100 emails at a time" limit, along with other caps that came with it.
Why it matters:
a bulk action covers your entire list in one move, not one page at a time.----
[New] Email Campaigns from your event domain
Email Campaigns now supports your event email domain.
Why it matters:
campaigns send from a domain your audience already recognizes, not a generic one.----
[New] Bulk-assign sessions as sub-sessions
Select multiple sessions and assign them all as sub-sessions under a parent session in one step.
Why it matters:
building out a multi-track or multi-part agenda takes a fraction of the clicks.

In beta — Early Access
[Beta] New Navigation
The long sidebar, regrouped into modules — Manage, Relate, Market, Deliver, Attend — with one open at a time and a Pinned zone you can drag to reorder. It works across your organization and event sidebars. Nothing is removed, everything you have today is still there, and it's fully reversible.
Why it matters: you find what you need faster, without scrolling past a wall of links.
